October 23, 2022 - Summary of the DFW Commemoration of the 1956 Revolution (2022/10/30)

This year, our goal was to encourage the Hungarians in North Texas not to let the events of 1956, and heroes of the revolution be forgotten, I asked those present at the event to be sure to tell everyone’s children and grandchildren about it and not just read about it on Wikipedia’s filtered pages.  As Hungarians, let them be proud of their grandparents, uncles, and other family members who contributed to the pages of history!

Mardis Gras 2022 Report (2022/03/04)

Last Sunday we all enjoyed another memorable event organized by the MMCC - the Hungarian Mardi Gras. There was lots of delicious home-cooked food, wine and great music, games and costume contests for the kids and for the kids at heart as well. DJ Gyorgy Toldi, MC Daniel Kadar and Katalin Sarosi, children's program organizer, made the event unforgettable for most of us. Heartfelt thanks to them and to all the volunteers for helping in the setting-up and the closing of the event.

I’ll let my pictures speak for themselves and would be thankful pictures or videos shared by the Mardi Gras guests.
