2025 St. Stephen’s Day Celebration (2025/08/24)

The celebration will continue at 12 P.M. with Father Julius’ traditional blessing of the New Bread and a potluck lunch in the Cistercian Preparatory School’s lunchroom.

We kindly ask everyone to bring their favorite home-made meals to share. The MMCC provides water, soft drinks, coffee, and the table settings.

After lunch, we will talk about King Saint Stephen and his legacy. The students of the 2025 Hungarian Language Classes will also be introduced.

At 3:00 P.M. there will be wonderful, 90 minute, Hungarian musical program in the Cistercian Preparatory School’s theater presented by two artists from Hungary, Janos Perjes and Rezso Kutik.

Entrance fee is $25.00/person (Children under age 14 are free!).
