2024 Commemoration of the 1956 Hungarian Revolution (2024/10/20)
The MMCC cordially invites everyone to the 2024 Commemoration of the 1956 Hungarian Revolution.
Date: Sunday, October 20, 2024
Time: 4:00 P.M. Hungarian service with a 5:00 P.M. laying of the Wreath followed by a program and potluck dinner.
Place: Cistercian Abbey
Address: 3550 Cistercian Rd,
Irving, TX 75039
We ask everyone to bring their best culinary masterpieces (main dishes, appetizers, or desserts) to share.
At the commemoration, you may purchase the bilingual book, Courage for Freedom, written by a team of volunteers and published by the MMCC for the revolution’s sixtieth anniversary in 2016 and some books by Fr. Julius.
Everyone is welcome to attend the commemoration!
